My Story

Hello and welcome to my website! This is a place where you can find a space to view life in a different light. This is a place to dream and let go of the bonds of sadness, pain, and insecurity. These paintings are my dreams realized on canvas. As a graduate of LSU with a Bachelor of Science in Psychology and as a self-taught acrylic artist with a knack for landscapes, I use art as a therapeutic tool for myself and any who has an interest in my style of fantastical realism. I have been sticking with art as a hobby ever since I was a very young girl. I am finally, at 37 years old, sharing my art with the world and in so doing, putting myself out there to be seen. This was very exciting and daunting at the same time. I would never have imagined having a webpage and letting people into my world without the love and support from my partner and the love of my life. Without him this would not have been possible. I am a mother of a beautiful young woman who has inherited my love for art and has enjoyed creating with me for years. Art has always been there for me in my life’s ups and downs, twists and turns. I hope my work can bring light to the lives of many more now that I am sharing this very special place of peace with everyone. Thank you so much for taking your time to dream a little with me!
